Hundreds of top tech executives, investors, founders, and innovators have descended on Laguna Beach, California for D.Live, The Wall Street Journal's annual premier technology event, which will be happening until November 14.
Nixplay is proud to be one of the sponsors of the exclusive three-day affair, which will be marked by a series of conversations and presentations by some of the brightest minds in tech led by AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson and Google CFO Ruth Porat.
D.Live's accomplished speakers include Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, Shopify founder and CEO Tobias Lütke, Instagram co-founder Kevin Systrom, Bumble founder and CEO Whitney Wolfe Herd, and U.S. Representative and former Directed Electronics CEO Darrell Issa. They will be interviewed onstage by columnists, reporters, and editors of The Wall Street Journal in a bid to explore the most exciting opportunities and set the global tech agenda.
Topics to be discussed at D.Live include the future of e-commerce, the adoption of digital payments and cryptocurrency, and the state of venture capital.
"We have leaders in AI, government, VC, e-commerce, robotics, and media. This is a wonderful gathering of leaders responsible for what comes next," says Nixplay Founder and CEO Mark Palfreeman, who is attending the event.
"It’s all about sharing where the application of brain power and capital is being allocated...[There's] plenty to soak up."
